PLASTIC SPACERS FOR USE IN CONSTRUCTION AND PRECAST
Our plastic spacers are used to space out reinforcement elements in reinforced concrete structures and can be used both horizontally and vertically.
Our spacers stand out for their exceptional durability, stability and high quality finish. They are made from recycled high-density polyethylene and are always PVC-free.

LINEAR SPACERS
Linear spacers are the most common plastic spacers in construction and precast. They are the ideal link between the subfloor and the reinforcement mesh. Multifil has the most complete range, each with its specific characteristics, suitable for any type of substrate and application area, whether for wet construction, precast or in architectural applications.

HEAVY REINFORCEMENT

Speedy plus
Wide and stable spacer; its shape allows smooth concrete flow. Reinforced base, suitable for very heavy reinforcement. Rounded foot, ideal for exposed concrete. Suitable for hard surfaces. Length 1.00m.
MIDDLEWEIGHT REINFORCEMENT

RAP
New and unique, very strong due to its shape (up to 600kg/m²). Available in 2m and 1m lengths, easy to use and transport. By far the best spacer on the market!

Speedy
Wide and stable spacer; its shape allows smooth concrete flow. Rounded foot, ideal for exposed concrete. Suitable for hard surfaces. Length 1.00m.

SPEEDY WITH POINTED FOOT
Wide and stable spacer; its shape allows smooth concrete flow. Its pointed foot makes it virtually invisible after removal of formwork. Ideal for concrete walls and other precast elements. Length 1.00m.

Trackpass
Designed for use in precast for wide slab floors or walls. Slender supports for minimal markings. Available with or without studs on top. Available in 1.96 or 2.44m sizes.
LIGHTWEIGHT REINFORCEMENT

QUI WITH POINTED FOOT
Developed for use in precast. Smooth concrete flow possible. With pointed foot for reduced marking. Length 0.595 or 1.19m.
SPACERS FOR HORIZONTAL USE
Spacers for horizontal use are used in construction to maintain the correct distance between reinforcement and formwork in horizontal concrete structures, such as floors, walls and foundations. They keep the reinforcement in the right place and ensure uniform concrete cover, which is essential for the durability and strength of the concrete.

U PESANTE WITH POINTED FOOT
The U PESANTE with point foot is a specialised type of spacer, designed for applications where minimal marking in the concrete after removal of formwork is desired. This makes it ideal for visible work and other constructions where aesthetics play an important role.

Chrispen
CHRISPEN was specially developed for use as lightweight reinforcement in architectural concrete. Available in all RAL colours.

CIRCLE SPACER WITH POINTED FOOT
Circle spacers with pointed feet are specially designed to keep reinforcement in concrete structures stable and precisely at height. They are primarily used for horizontal structures such as floors, foundations and precast elements.

PU
The PU or 'ASK' spacer is the traditional choice for precast. It was developed for heavy reinforcement and is available in various colours.

Prax
PRAX with pointed foot is a spacer for light reinforcement, for use on the formwork under the reinforcement mesh.
SPACERS FOR VERTICAL USE
Spacers for vertical use are used in walls, columns, and other vertical concrete structures. They ensure that the reinforcement remains in the correct position, with consistent concrete coverage on all sides, which is vital for its strength and durability.

ETO Heavy duty
The ETO heavy duty is a mitred ring spacer for precast, available in various colours.

ETO
Our traditional ETO ring spacers provide perfect coverage around round or angular reinforcement and are mainly used in construction.

VA
The VA ring spacer is used for precast and ensures minimal marking.

Sur
SUR is the perfect spacer for use for precast columns or beams. The SUR has a large supporting surface and can easily be clicked onto the reinforcement.
ACCESSORIES AND PROTECTION
Formwork accessories are resources used with concrete formwork to support or strengthen the structure or optimise the concrete pour. They help facilitate execution and ensure a high-quality finished result.
ACCESSORIES FOR FORMWORK

Tubax
A spacer with rosette is a tube used in concrete formwork to ensure the distance between formwork walls is correct. The rosettes at each end provide additional stability and make it easier to hold the formwork elements firmly in place.

RIBBED TUBE
Ribbed tubes are specially designed to create watertight penetrations, often in combination with water stop rubbers or sealants.

ROSETTE
The rosette is used between the formwork and the pipe before the concrete is poured.

COVER PLATES
Thickness plates or levelling plates are construction accessories used to ensure an accurate and even finish for precast elements such as double walls, concrete beams and columns. There are various types to suit different loads.

TRIANGULAR EDGING
Triangular edging is a construction accessory usually used for finishing concrete or masonry. It is a profile, often in plastic, which has a triangular section and provides a continuous edge for extra strength and finish.
SAFETY MATERIALS

SAFETY COVERS
A plastic cover with signage is a protective cover used to make protruding or dangerous elements on site more visible and safer. They are made of durable, eye-catching plastic (in colours like red, yellow or orange) and help prevent accidents.

HOURGLASS CAP
A plastic cover with signage is a protective cover used to make protruding or dangerous elements on site more visible and safer. They are made of durable, eye-catching plastic (in colours like red, yellow or orange) and help prevent accidents.

Safebar
The SafeBar is a plastic signal cap specifically designed to cover protruding rebar on construction sites to prevent injuries.
